Steam disk usage drops to 0
Network usage stuck at 0 bytes/S when downloading. I am currently trying to redownload Payday 2 and whenever I start the download, it goes up to 100 mb / 25.3 GB and the network usage drops to 0 and stays there. I have tried multiple things that try to fix it but none of them work. What can I do to fix this?Not usually with installs. It's a giant pain in the balls that makes it literally take longer to patch a game than to install a game 10x it's size. It's also very bad at disk utilization so you'll see tremendously bad write speed on an SSD when it should be hundreds of times faster.
