Explosive, Quaking, and Grievous have been retired. Periodic affixes are now active at keystone level 7: Afflicted, Incorporeal, Volcanic, Entangling, Storming. What it means: One out of every two weeks is a Tyrannical week, alternating with the Fortified ones. Instead of empowering trash mobs, this affix affects the boss encounters, adding a lot more health and a little extra damage.
